50 ml of the product should be consumed daily. Either 25 ml each before breakfast and dinner or 50 ml dissolved in a 0.75 litre bottle of water drunk throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. The stratification and sediment is a natural characteristic of the product and does not affect its quality. Shake before use.
